Great post! I'll add Little Forest to my watchlist. It made me think of another Korean film, "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring" by Kim Ki-duk. It's centered on a buddist monastery and an orphan boy's life in that place throughout the seasons of life and nature.
